FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON WORLDWIDE ORDERS
You will receive your order anywhere between 7-12 working days from the date it is shipped out, subjected to delays that might occur during a festive period or during customs clearance. Please refer to the Shipping Guide for estimated shipping durations by country. We will dispatch orders within 3 working days after receipt of payment, after which a confirmation email will be sent to you with your tracking number.
Alternatively, if the system is unable to generate express shipping options during the check out process, quotations can be obtained by dropping us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
CUSTOMS, TAXES AND DUTIES
Standard shipping is free, but please note that orders may be subjected to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.
Your packages are shipped according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
WARRANTIES AND RETURNS
All watches are covered by a one-year international warranty.
If there are any manufacturing defects on the watch itself (movement, case), you have the right to exchange or return the watch for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your watch. When you return or exchange the watches/straps, they have to be returned with the packaging and labels.
An admin fee of USD $15 will be excluded from your refund for the following returns:
- non-defective watches/straps
- rejected parcels due to duties and taxes made payable by recipient.
You must cover shipping charges and ensure that the watches/straps are adequately wrapped to prevent any damage to the products during the course of shipment. As soon as we receive them, we will inspect the products and proceed to exchange your products or give you a full refund. However, you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges.
We do not take responsibility for any products lost during the return shipping.
To carry out a warranty replacement or refund, please drop us a note on the contact form on our “contact us” page, and we will get in touch to process the exchange or refund.
A part replacement or repair fee will be charged, even within the warranty period, for the following scenarios:
- Aesthetic wear and tear caused by normal use (minor scratches on case and/or glass, discolouration or plating peeling on watch case and or buckles etc.)
- Damage caused by user’s carelessness (cracks, dents, broken glass etc.)
- Lost warranty card, or unspecified date and sign off/stamp on warranty card
